At Level UP VIP, we stand behind the quality of our work. We want every client to feel confident when starting with us, which is why we offer a 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 3 days, we will make it right.
2The 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of your initial payment, subject to the exclusions listed in Section 3. This guarantee applies to:
- Ascend Plan — $49/month or annual equivalent
- Authority Plan — $99/month or annual equivalent
- VIP Elite Plan — $199/month or annual equivalent
To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at support@levelupvip.online within 72 hours of payment with your name, order details, and reason for cancellation.
3Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly excluded from all refunds, regardless of plan or timing:
3.1 Launch Plan — Not Refundable
The Launch Plan ($15/month or annual equivalent) is not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. All Launch Plan payments are final at the time of purchase.
3.2 Custom Work Already Started
Any custom work that has been commenced or delivered is non-refundable, even if the request is made within the 3-day window. This includes:
- Custom website design or redesign work already started or delivered
- Custom graphics, logo design, or branding assets created
- Custom integrations, plugins, or functionality already developed
- Content writing, copywriting, or SEO content already produced
- Custom automation flows or marketing funnels already built
Custom work is considered "started" once our team has spent time on your project, regardless of whether the final deliverable has been shared with you.
3.3 Server & Infrastructure Costs
The following costs are non-refundable in all circumstances and will be deducted from any approved refund with clear itemization:
- Domain name registration fees
- SSL certificate provisioning costs
- Third-party hosting infrastructure costs already incurred
- Email account provisioning costs
- Any third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
4Renewals & Recurring Payments
Refunds are not available for:
- Monthly or annual renewal payments — only the first/initial payment is covered by the 3-Day Guarantee
- Payments made after the 3-day refund window has closed
- Partial months — if you cancel mid-cycle, your service continues until the end of the paid period
We recommend setting a reminder before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
5How to Request a Refund
- Email support@levelupvip.online within 72 hours of payment
- Include your full name, email address used for purchase, and order/invoice number
- Briefly describe your reason for requesting a refund
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
6Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. We are not responsible for additional delays caused by your financial institution.
7Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We resolve issues fairly and quickly. Chargebacks filed in bad faith — for example, after services have been delivered and accepted — may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Recovery of service costs and any associated chargeback fees
- Reporting to relevant fraud prevention services
8Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions. When you cancel:
- Future billing is stopped immediately
- Your service remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle
- We will provide all your website files within 30 days of cancellation
- Your domain (registered in your name) remains yours to transfer freely
A refund must be separately requested within the 3-day window and is not automatic upon cancellation.
